Day 4 " Love Is Thoughtful"

How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them! [If] I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee. (Psalms 139:17-18 KJV)

* Love Thinks
* If you don't learn to be thoughtful, you end up regretting missed opportunities to demonstrate love.
* Love requires thoughtfulness~ Built through the constructive combination of patience, kindness, and selflessness.

Todays's Dare

Contact your spouse sometime during the business of the day. Have no agenda other than asking how he is doing and if there is anything you could do for them.

Question after today's dare....

What did you learn about yourself or your spouse by doing this today? How could this become a more natural, routine, and genuinely helpful part of your lifestyle?

I have started something new...I have been texting lil messages to my hubby. Today I called him though and just asked him how his day was going and told him I was thinking of him and praying for his day.
What I am learning

Giving brings JOY!

I'm not sure this counts with today's dare. This morning we had an arguement and afetr I cooled down I sent him an email with my apologies, admitting my weaknesses and promises to be a better wife. Just wanted to share this.

Amen Isabel! That is great that you apologized! Sometimes that is hard to do huh...It is a weakness of mine. There were even times where I had to apologize and I was not the one wrong in the situation.
A GREAT verse to memorize is soft answer turneth away wrath : but grievous words stir up anger . (Proverbs 15:1) This verse was on my referigerator for a very long time until I memorized it :) You are doing great keep pressing forward and give it all to the Lord. I will be praying for your day today!

I have been missing, sorry! The Love Dare has been tough! Harder than I thought it would be. Ok - this day was a bit different for me as my husband and I both work from home. But I did go up to his desk and ask if there was anything I could do for him:) I do this almost every day!
